What to include
Messages that include the specifics below get resolved in one reply rather than several, so please include them wherever they apply.
- A correction
- The market name, the IST date, the value currently shown, and the value you believe is correct, with a link or screenshot of the source you are comparing against.
- A takedown or rights request
- The exact URL, what you are asking us to remove, and the basis for the request. If you are acting for an organisation, say so and include a contact we can verify.
- A technical problem
- The URL, what you expected to see, what you saw instead, and your browser and device. If a page was stale, include roughly what time you loaded it.
What we cannot help with
- Placing, changing or cancelling a bet — we do not operate any market and hold no accounts.
- Chasing a payment from a market or an agent.
- Predicting a future result. We publish records; we do not forecast.
